Prestige Case Study No. 3

This luxury contemporary home was designed with large areas of glazing overlooking the pool and onto the gardens with its own private outdoor bar/entertaining area. The interior was finished to the highest standards, boasting vaulted ceilings and glazed atriums, adding an extra dimension to the architecture. 

Through the design process, consideration was made for energy efficiency and security to the glazed facades, whereby the Charter-Integr8 180BS was specified, intelligently controlling solar gain and glare throughout the year and offering a very high level of security when the property is unoccupied. The product is very versatile, allowing the sunlight to gently filter through the glazing, or when retracted, is completely concealed from view.

The product has many uses on South Facing facades, increasing BREAM ratings and encouraging world sustainability.
