The gold level sevice offers a four hour response to any location within the UK, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
Service Covers include:
Gold Award: 4 hour response anywhere in the UK, with 2 planned maintenance inspections per year.
Silver Award: 24 Hour response anywhere within the UK, with 2 planned maintenance inspections per year.
Bronze Award: 3 day response anywhere within the UK, with 1 planned maintenance inspection per year.
Maintenance Agreements:
To ensure complete peace of mind for building users and clients, maintenance agreements are very popular to ensure 24/7 support for the shutters on an ongoing basis. Maintenance is carried out by qualified engineers, operating a very quick and efficient routine procedure to ensure product longevity.
